Had breakfast at DOMs.

watched Angels & Demons

and ofcourse.......bought LC's favourite 纳豆

Our conclusion is that this "special beans" can only be purchase

in Mid Valley.....or unless if we want to go to KL.

ISETAN.....

so if anyone ....like us who is going to seach for

纳豆 . don't waste your time at anyother Jusco.

just go to midvalley or KL..

ANGELS & DEMONS

was with LC on the weekend to watch Angels and Demons.

very nice, if you all have not been to watch it yet...

you must expecially if you liked the DaVinci Code.

The pace of the movie was a bit too fast, was enjoying it

and felt that at places it could be a touch slower.

but all in all......nice

VANDALS AGAIN !

This is what happens in my area.

The recycle bins are there for a purpose, and ofcourse,

those still reusable items will be channel to the needy.

most of us might be lucky enough to have what we need.

but some out there have no choice but to wait for luck to come to them,

maybe in forms of some good used cloths, bed sheet, toys.....etc

but what i saw makes my heart break, as......

it is kind enough of some groups to set up collection bins

to make it easy for us to donate.

but why go and burn it ! ??

must have been some really bad people.....? boys ? or maybe even girls ?

how do we feel if someone comes and burn down our house ?

Well......woke up this morning and was reading the papers.

4:25pm: Barely 21 hours after the Kuala Lumpur High Court ruled Datuk Seri Mohammad Nizar Jamaluddin was Perak Menteri Besar, the post is now back to Barisan Nasional's Datuk Seri Dr Zambry Abdul Kadir.

The Court of Appeal has allowed a stay of execution of the order pending an appeal filed by Zambry this morning - sources N.S.T.

Is this really happening ? one day he is in, and the next he is out .......
how rediculous can this get ?
and in the mean time.............

everyone is confused ? who is the no 1 ? who's order will you follow ?
i think all the public servants in the state will be confused.
I don't know about you.....but i sure am.

What I have read this morning.........

PUTRAJAYA: The Barisan Nasional will appeal the High Court decision declaring Perak Pas secretary Datuk Nizar Jamaluddin as the lawful Perak menteri besar as soon as possible.

BN chairman and Umno president Datuk Seri Najib Razak said: "We will appeal against the decision and we must get a date as soon as possible."

He hoped a date would be fixed today.

"We feel we have a strong case, a strong footing. So, we will appeal the court decision," Najib told a press conference after chairing a meeting of Pemudah, the taskforce set up to facilitate business, at the Prime Minister's Office yesterday. SOurces- N.S.T.

Well......it went from one group to another and then back again.

so.....when will all this end ?

isn't this all costing a lot of tax payers money ?

and this is all about politics, power and ofcourse MONEY !

Weekend was Hot, Hot and HOT !

but we did a lot.

went out and got somemore plants :-)

LC was sooooo excited.

made our balcony more and more green.

planted new ones to fill up the balcony.

河婆雷茶

As anyone would know.......it was a very very hot weekend.

had like 4 showers in a day,

had th A/C on full blast.

so me and LC decide to have 雷茶饭

LC tried their "Pan Mee 板麵

this 河婆雷茶is suppose to be the 3rd branch in puchong.

and they also have a nice 三保汁

celery, bitter gouard,and apple. very healthy and nice,

thats if you like the bitter taste.

SMALL WORLD

When I saw these pictures......it made me think.....

how small our world really is

and how big the universe is.

But still.....people are constantly fighting and killing......

why can't we just live in this small world of ours peacefully ?

My Daughter

Finally yesterday i was able to have a good talk to JW.

from the sound of it, all parties turned out to be OK.

I guess, the bottom line is, we only have a limited time to live our lifes, so make the most of it.
But again, as a father, we will always want our children to have a better life then we did.

LOVE........ from a parent to a child

I am glad that she is fine and well.

PETALING JAYA: A coffee shop here has been turning hundreds of its regular customers into drug addicts by pushing a "five-star" herbal tea to them.

Each day, more than 150 glasses of tea laced with codeine are sold to unsuspecting customers who keep coming back for more because of the high that the drug gives.

Codeine, the active drug in many cough mixtures, is used by drug addicts as a substitute for hard drugs. The discovery was made by a Health Ministry team yesterday, when it raided a pharmacy in New Town here.

The team discovered that up to 1,000 codeine tablets a week had been sold to the coffee shop.

Next time think twice when you are going to try something out of the norm.
just stick to the normal black coffee will do.

People will do anything just to get more money !

All Grown UP

A daddy's love for his daughter is free and unlimitted.

to hear from my daughter today, about her moving out, it was sudden, but then agian it was no surprise to me. it was coming.

the result of a broken marriage............for a person who beleives in "till death do us apart !"
it was a big blow.

it was hard for me to have left them at that time.

But.........time passed......and my little girl has turn out to be a grown young woman !

I am proud, but as a father......i will always be worried.

especially on my 43rd birthday......it makes me feel old....... :-)

Been a while since we have been to MidValley for a movie.

Went to the cinema with LC on the weekend as well.

watched the X MEN !

well, it was an ok film i guess.

牛车水 Ara Damansara

Well....LC have been bugging me to go and check out

牛车水 at Ara Damansara

For a start.........the signages to show where to go to this place is

very bad ! we first tried from LDP, then from subang airport road...

took us 5 u turns and about 45 minutes.

but we manage to find it.....

To our surprise...... the place is a real let down.

most shops are empty, and theres no crowd.

what you see here are shops the have moved out, and its not just one.

I suppose with the bad directions....no wonder this place is DEAD !

SEAFOOD

LC had a craving for seafood this weekend........ so we went

to Port Klang for it 港村海鲜楼

it was nice....... had crabs, prawns and fish !

Prawn was nice and crispy, crabs is fresh as well as the fish !

by the end of the day........all finish.

paid RM 100 for the whole thing and......

Totally enjoyed the day, and the trip there was worth it.

4 big candles and 3 small ones ! :-)
celebrated with family on saturday and had a great weekend with LC

had a nice surprise call from my best mate Rob.
it was nice to chat with him for a while.
and am glad that he is happy with J.
