A twist has emerged in Parti Keadilan Rakyat Youth wing's protest move to give a cow to the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission branch in Selangor tomorrow.
Action may be taken against the group, which is upset over graft investigations against Selangor Menteri Besar Tan Sri Abdul Khalid Ibrahim, for presenting a "gift" to a civil servant.
