Well......... was telling LC that the person i showed the unit to

on saturday was a bit fussy, especially the Girlfriend.

why GF ? cause she does not look like a wife. :-)

anyway, just received a phone call from him,

and he has agreed to rent the place starting 1st July.

so, guess its done ! RENTED OUT.
